Jane Hudson, Founder and Director, JBass Learning
Jane Hudson is the Founder and Director of JBass Learning, a specialist consultancy established in 2013 to deliver tailored learning and development solutions for government regulators. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, Jane brings deep expertise in designing and delivering organisational learning programs across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
Jane's professional focus is on regulatory learning and development. She has over 20 years of experience working with and for regulatory agencies to enhance regulatory capability, strengthen regulatory culture, and develop regulatory capability frameworks that support effective governance and compliance. Her work spans a wide range of regulatory environments, and she is recognised for her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, impactful learning strategies.
Jane holds a Master of Adult Education (Global) and a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development, both from Monash University in Australia. She is a certified PRISM Brain Mapping practitioner, leveraging neuroscience-based tools to support individual and team development. In addition to her consulting work, Jane has contributed to the professional training community through her five years of teaching Instructional Design for the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
Through JBass Learning, Jane continues to partner with regulators and public sector organisations to build the knowledge, skills, and mindsets needed for effective, ethical, and adaptive regulatory practice.
